Buch Construction needed to inform current and potential clients that they had opened a new office in Manhattan. They wanted to show the scope of their work but also communicate their long history and experience in the New York region—a tall order.

We created a memorable piece that celebrated New York with eye-catching, original illustrations of some of the city’s icons: the Greek diner coffee cup, a hot dog stand, a typical street sign/traffic light, and a Macy’s parade balloon. Meanwhile, the reverse of the accordion-fold booklet showcases photographs of major Buch projects.
